The set bonus is supposed to give 2500% promotion size bonus however the game doesn't appear to allow the bonus to be applied as it is still limiting me to 100k (I am a level 12 training garrison). With my tree set up, I should be able to promote 3,775,000 troops and it shows the value at the top of the garrison training screen (max promotion que size of 3,775,000) yet the bottom where the scroll bar is only allows me 100,000.
