I contact in game support and their help was useless as they did not seem to even grasp the issue that I am having.
Am I doing something wrong?

Aimee 23-10-2017 08:46I'm having the same issue too. I have 21 open 500 that I bought with gold, and none are working. Haven't been for the last month. I put in a ticket and just the standard we will look into it, then got a survey 2 days later.
